The Gravitas Hungary Real Estate Fund is specifically designed for the Golden Visa program and is already registered with the National Bank of Hungary (MNB). In compliance with legal regulations, at least 40% of the fund’s assets will be invested in residential real estate projects within Hungary, supporting the local economy.
